I need to email customer service

Hi, I hope an eBay staff member sees this Post. I was charged a fee that I refuse to pay. I listed an item, and took it down almost immediately. I was NOT aware that you would be charging me for this. Since I can't email you to tell you I'm not paying it, and I don't care if I lose access to my account. A response, or better yet, an email address would be nice so I can discuss this with someone who works there would be nice. But I'm still not paying it. I've bought things on ebay, and didn't sell the item I listed. And didn't even keep it up long. You just lost a customer, so I don't care what you do to my account. Thanks for making it impossible to send a private email to solve a matter like this. Your customer service is awful.

do you see that little (2) following you account name?.  Until that number hits, oh let us say 100,000. You don't exist in Ebays mind, you are a bother, they don't want your business or that of any of the many other small sellers out here.  They make that much patenhtly obvious on a routine basis

Re: I need to email customer service

The item was listed on eBay... and you were billed for that listing....

--------------------------------------

It is like walking into a movie theatre... you pay   the entry fee.

and then you walk out very quickly.....  do not watch the movie.....  Will you get a refund?.... NOT likely at all.

--------------------------------------

Welcome to the reality of eBay.

------------------------------------

Yesterday... I purchased a coffee at Tim Hortons.....  I did not win the Roll-Up-the-Rim....  Do I get a refund??

----------------------------------

You drive 50 miles to get to an auction sale.....  You buy nothing  because this sale did not have anything you wanted....

Will the auctioneer refund your money for gas?

--------------------------------

It was several years ago... before any duplicate rule .... a seller of books kept listing duplicates....left hand did not know what the right hand was doing....

I told them what I saw...  At first, they did not believe me it was possible....

But very quickly they went from 14,000 down to 11,000 listings on eBay.  No refund of fees!!!!!... Their mistake......

eBay has a simple system. You pay at the door with no refunds. If you are referring to a (2) account, yeah, they don't know you exist.

Re: I need to email customer service

My issue isn't about a refund, as I have not paid anything, since I don't have a PayPal account linked to my ebay account. I was looking for an email address to inform them of this, but since they make it so hard to send an email to Customer service to handle a simple problem, I've decided I'm not paying the fee, and they can literally do nothing about it. Im not returning as a customer, so I don't care if they close my account. I am making a statement, not asking a question.

Re: I need to email customer service

"since I don't have a PayPal account linked to my ebay account."

If you owe eBay money for a listing fee, eBay will charge your credit card

That is what eBay does every month to all registered sellers owing money for fees.  They charge whatever source of funds selected by the seller at time of registration as a seller.  Many prefer PayPal for convenience.  Personally I prefer my credit card as I get free "Air Miles" on my eBay fees.  Since your eBay account is not linked to your PayPal account, your credit card will be charged.

If the account remains unpaid, they may put the account into collection.

If you want to communicate with eBay, you need to call them using the link provided on the top line of every page on eBay.  eBay generally does not use email with sellers to resolve issues. You have accepted those conditions when you agreed to sell on eBay.

Re: I need to email customer service

Why can't you email ebay? Or call them?
Why would you bother to list something just to delete it right away? Why shouldn't you have to pay for your play time on a professional site like ebay?
Aand seriously how much is your fee that you're crying about? 25 cents? Must be nice that 25 cents is your biggest problem in life
