No but please read my reply to your other post before doing a refund.  I have never seen the system charge double for just 1 item.  Or was this for more than one item?

This was for 2 lots that i combined that the buyer paid instead of asking me for an invoice so i could make it just 1 shipping charge.

The act of giving a partial refund alone would not affect your seller rating. When you give a buyer a partial refund, they will still have the opportunity to leave feedback and detailed seller ratings, so it would be that part that would affect your seller rating. However, since you're refunding an overpayment, I can't see them having anything negative to say about that!
