Apparently it affected some of us, however I don't see anything about compensation on eBay's end to us? It has affected me too for 2 months which was so usual. I would think they should compensate us for loss sales due to security breach. Don't you think?

The security breach was announced just over a month ago so I don't think it has affected anyone of for 2 months. I don't think that ebay will compensate us...I don't know how that would even be possible as everyone has been affected differently. But..they do need to bring people back onto the site and concentrate on looking after their end of the business and let us look after our part.

I haven't heard much from ebay itself in the media. Perhaps they think that it will soon be forgotten but I wonder if they would be better to be more public about it and let people know how they have fixed the problem and measures they have taken to make sure it doesn't happen again.
