This happened a couple of weeks ago where I got charged twice by ebay for the same label. $30.28. I was checking through my payment list (can't make heads or tails out of the way they are doing things) but noticed two $30.28 in the red ink one behind the other. I clicked on this and sure enough same label but with different tracking.
The same thing just happened again. Now two shipping costs taken out at $15.44 each. Checked my payment tab and also seems to be less money than there should be. I'll recheck in case another label got double charge also.
Hate this system. Sometimes it takes days to get them to take the label cost out and by then you don't know to which item that label belongs. And someone mentioned on another thread that gas surcharge have varied lately so hard to try and match labels now. Always seem to be off by 30-40 cents. I thought it was just me but I did find that they varied a bit from what I had paid.
Who has time for all this double checking. I certainly don't. Now will need to call ebay again and wait on the post office to issue a refund within 21 days. Going back to my method of payment which is through ebay I guess. Nice mess. Is that system even set up for this.
