The sales overview page shows only my last 90 days sales in Cdn funds. The sellers dashboard gives me a monthly breakdown in US funds. I just realized, even as a small seller, I have to report my sales to the CRA. So how do I get a breakdown of my sales in Cdn funds without subscribing to sales reports? Or can I report my sales in US funds? Or can I use the current conversion rate at the time of reporting?

Transaction Report is the most detailed and contains everything you need for accounting purposes.
https://www.ebay.ca/sh/fin/report
You will have to load that report (.csv file) into Excel to "massage" it.
For a quick report with less detail (and not accurate enough for accounting).

You should still download the full transaction report for accurate accounting. those two reports I linked may not be exactly the same and/or may not break down critical information like taxes collected by eBay.
