I am trying to purchase and print a shipping label through Canada Post for a Tracked Package to USA. I entered the same dimensions and weight as previous items I have shipped, but I now get an error "Sorry, we were not able to generate the label. Please make sure the parcel size is within allowed limits, and both addresses are correct." I have confirmed the addresses, and it seems to be an issue with dimensions. Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?

Try again later, it might be a temporary problem with eBay or the Canada Post websites.

There was a minor outtage according to the CP Status page at around 6 am with printing US labels. It appears it was quickly resolved.

Check the address for anything odd, like an O in place of a zero in the postal code.
Otherwise, Tracked Packet has a limit of 2KG or 90 CM combined.

Check that you don't have any emoji's or special characters in the Description of Contents
I had Emoji of hockey stick in my listing and kept getting errors
Took the emoji off the Description and the error disappeared.

It should also be noted that the "item description" on the customs form should never be a full copy-paste of your title. There is so much superfluous information in an eBay title that is irrelevant on a customs declaration. When creating a label on eBay the field will be autopopulated with the title of your listing but it should always be deleted and re-typed to be more generic. It should be descriptive but succinct and to the point.
"Adult Wooden Hockey Stick" would be a good customs description, as it clearly identifies the product while also narrowing it down to specific subcategories (i.e. composition, and target audience of the sports equipment). Accompany with proper HS code.
