EBay tells us it can take up to 24 hours for a new listing to "index" and appear on the site.
You should be able to see it yourself, and this is a good time to review it and see that everything is as you want it to be.

BTW, your customer's cleared payment will be Held for up to 21 days against your performance. Ship as soon as you are told by eBay that it has been paid.
You can print labels from the Held funds and this is a good way to confirm that the payment has cleared.
You won't be able to print the label without your Solutions for Small Business card which you can get at the PO counter or online here.
