New Seller Hub - terrible for sellers

Been on eBay for 11 years. Recently came back from a multi-year break to start selling again. I list around 100 items and get familiar with the way eBay looks. This morning I am in this "new seller hub" which is terribly designed and way too complicated.

I use the "opt out" button and nothing happens. I contact support and after a while the agent fixes something on their end and tells me its resolved. It is not, so I contact support again. This agent takes around an hour of troubleshooting and comes back with "oh all sellers are using the new system now you cant use the old one".

Reminded me why I left eBay in the first place.

don't know what to tell you...been using Seller Hub for many years now and it's the easiest process to work with, and even though I can still "opt out of seller hub" (and the "opt out" still works for me) I would never go back to using that old way on a regular basis...

New Seller Hub - terrible for sellers

I have been on eBay since 2001 and have seen all the changes from the great (fizzled) "boycott" to the introduction of Paypal (the howls were almost as bad as the ones for MP). I have seen the introduction of the stores, the wild west of retaliatory feedback, the second great "Boycott" (if you can even call it that), numerous postal strikes, and more "new layouts" than I can even count"...

Unfortunately in this ever-changing world, you adapt, move on, or get left behind...
