No button to close the ebay store...

Anyone having the same issue as me. I had an ebay store that customer service closed for me over the phone last month and confirmed it to me. Now, I am re billed again this month for this ebay store, that was supposely closed by customer support last month. 

Customer support tells me today over the phone, to go to my store subscription page and press on the close and cancel ebay store button, problem is, there are no such button available anywhere at all, to be able to close our ebay store.

So because of this issue from the fine IT people who program all this stuff at ebay, I had to request a refund, for an ebay store I never asked to have and for ebay, to please, close my ebay store and do not re bill me for this again.

Seriously, no cancel and close my ebay store, button to press anywhere...

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

To close a Store there is no need to ever contact eBay, a simple entry into the main Help Page, "close store", will get you to the page I linked in my previous post.
