No refund buttons!!

So I need to make a partial refund to a buyer today, but in either the app or the web based pages, there's no refund option or buttons any more.  Is it hiding or moved? Anyone else notice this problem??

Can't help with the App

On the desktop, find the sale in Orders, use the drop down on the left and pick "refund", on the next page enter the reason for the refund and the amount.

The app is nice and cute as a button.

But the desktop does the work.

The desktop remains a necessity, but I must admit their focus on everything mobile has now begun to yield results. More and more often the app is now mirroring the info and menus available on desktop. The app order menu is a good example of this design. The app has taken some strides forward lately.
