Hi! I have a question here. I have been trying to print out the shipping label and this is what shows at PayPal: Paypal Shipping is unavailable for the Ship To Address (...... ) What can be the reason for that? I see the buyer's address at PayPal, but I can not print the label. Thank you in advance.

I don't think that I've ever seen that particular message. Is the label for another country? If so..google to see what the addressing format is for that country. They might have something in there that shouldn't be. I notice that with international labels, I sometimes have to take out the optional provincial part of the address in order to print the label.

"Shipping is unavailable ....". I have never heard that one. I would phone them. They "might" know. Mind you, there answer is always the same "Go to your local post office".

There are countries that goods cannot be sent to. What happened to me, once, was I sent a parcel to somewhere, cannot remember which country, and Canada Customs intercepted it and returned it to me.

What country is this supposed to go to?

Thank you, guys. I have not seen anything like that either. The buyer is in the States, but it shows Canada in the label chart. Is there any risk if I edit the buyer's address myself? Will I be protected by PayPal in this case?

That probably depends on how much you change the address but I've never noticed a formatting problem to the U.S. so I don't know what you would be changing.

It doesn't make sense that the shipping choices are for Canada but the address is in the U.S

Тhanks again. I can take the address from the order details page on E-Bay, at PayPal the buyer's address is in the message that PP label is not available, but the label itself is not filled, it has only the buyer's name and Canada ( I do not know why) with no address in the form.

The address is not in entered in the label, it is only in the message that the label is not available. The label itself almost empty with only the name and the word Canada. I mean if I edit the label, will I be protected by PayPal?

I do not thing you will have protection because you are altering the address. is protection important for this widget?

Oh, you sell nice clothes. I cannot imagine this being a high fraud category. You can always pull the buyer's contact info and phone them saying their address i not coming up.

It is a $200 deal. I just messaged the buyer asking to enter the address in the needed fields. I just want to ship it ASAP, so I wondered if there is going to be a problem with me formatting it, not the buyer. Thank you.

I usually try it a few times, sometimes the name/address is too long. If that happened, I would move some of them to other line. Try it. PayPal shipping is cheaper than going to Post office.

I'm sorry but I'm totally confused now.

When you say that the address is not entered in the label, do you mean that when you are on the paypal shipping page, there is no address in the address field? Since I don't know what you mean to edit, I have no idea if you would be protected.

When you received the email from paypal saying that the buyer had paid, is there not an address on there? If you are asking if you can enter that address, then that would be fine as long as the email says that you are eligible for seller protection.

Regardless of what the buyer changes on their ebay or paypal addresses, that won't affect the current transaction. The correct address has to be entered before payment.
