More headaches.
Can't even log into Paypal. Also on the US boards, same issues.
So, if you get no notifications, can't verify manually, do you ship?????

No.
These glitches are usually resolved within a few hours. Come back to it later. If necessary you can purchase shipping labels at canadapost.ca, although some are more expensive there than on Paypal.
Actually, I just checked and it seems to be fine now. (11:57 am PST)

It's really weird! I printed off a label from Paypal yesterday, with no problem. Today it won't accept my password and keeps asking me to type in a code, which I do, and it asks again and again. Won't accept what I type in...and I copy the code exactly. I try different browsers...same thing.
Soooo...I go onto my husband's computer and it works right away with no trouble. What the....??

I had problems accessing Paypal when I sued Internet Explorer.
Everything was OK with Firefox.
Change your internet search engine
Google... Yahoo... Firefox.... Internet Explorer... were all tried and ... have been or are being used

You may want to check your computer for viruses/malware.

No viruses at all. Scanned regularly and all is ok.

Use a different search engine....
Goggle.... Firefox.... Yahoo...
and there are others...

There are also many things on the internet that are not considered viruses... but they can get on your computer and cause a problem...
Malware is the name....
I had one that hooked onto Google Chrome and controlled how Google Chrome would work... more specifically what order I would see things.
I also could not access Paypal using Internet Explorer as my search engine.
Firefox was OK...

According to EcommerceBytes, Paypal was down for quite some time and I still do not have my receipt confirmation.
