Paypal payment emails dropping Country from address...

Every day seems to be something new, but I've several PAYPAL payment emails today that have dropped the country name.

I can't see any consistency to what ones it is dropped from.

It is about 1 in 7 doing this.

It is a pain to me because I've adapted a way to fold the payment the proper way to fit the address in a #10 business envelope for orders that fit into one.

It has been doing this since at least Friday. (Thats when I reopened my store)

Just checked my last two international emails from paypal.

Aug 22 - Sweden, country name missing from email

Aug 20 - Australia, country name in email

yes they have changed the format on some of the email notices, and about 1 out of 4 of mine are missing the country, either USA, or Canada..

Yep about half of mine are all "larger" and distorted now, if someone buys 2 things and pays separately, sometimes one is "normal" and one is "distorted", no idea why. That also is a pain.

Just checked mine, of the last ten received 4 were incomplete, no country.

It's darn frustrating at times trying to keep a consistent process going.

For, instance ebay just made a change to the Order Details page.

I have been using the "Copy" shipping address feature provided there when printing addresses directly on envelopes.

I was surprised this morning when I discovered the "Copy" address info now includes the buyer's phone number ... formatted something like this.

123 Main St

City ON K0M 2T0

Canada

1-234-567-8900

Really not helpful at all.

The country name is missing a LOT more now, 6 of the last 8 have no Country showing. (4 are overseas countries).

Note that this is definitely a PAYPAL problem, this problem is consistent whether it is an eBay buyer or buyers from other sites, at least for me.

Ticket was opened on this by Paypal on approx Aug 25. So it's a known issue.
