Paypal still holding funds?

Hi, I have been selling on eBay for over three months and have met all the requirements to get my paypal hold removed. But still paypal holds my funds. What should I do?

Copied directly from the Help page:

New seller status ends once you've met all the following criteria:

• It's been more than 90 days since your first successful sale.

• You've completed more than 25 domestic sales transactions.

• You have more than US$250 in total sales.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think selling multiple items to the same person counts as a "transaction", so that means you have less than 25 (assuming they're all domestic) transactions.

And you can not sell ebooks in the book category.

You have to sell them under the anything else category using the classified format.

Karl, take a look at the "buyers" and FB. All zero and all NARU.
