Promoted Listings not promoting

I have been running promoted listings campaigns without issue since November 2020. On April 5th, I was getting 110,00 impressions daily with PLs. On April 6th and every day since, I am getting less than 100! I changed nothing. After 6 chat and phone interactions and dealing with no less than 16 CS reps no help or explanation is forthcoming. I am losing thousands in sales, if this continues, I will be broke by the end of the month. EBAY doesn't seem to want to address the problem. Can anybody help with some advice or perhaps you are having a similar experience. Otherwise, does anyone wanna buy a ton of cool inventory??😉🙃😫

I don't know if the CSRs can see what other people are "paying" for their promoted listings but if your % number is much below the others your stuff won't get as much air time.

If you haven't already you can check by doing searches what will include your stuff (better to do whilst not logged in), see if your stuff shows or if others show as promoted.

You don't have any recent defects?

I checked my promoted listings on both .COM and .CA and they are behaving normally.......

Do you list on a regular basis..like daily?

I f you don't list regurlarly it will affect your sale...blame it on the ebay algorithm.

Besides...100,000 impression to 100, overnight??

I could understand a 5 or 10% decrease over a couple days with no activity on my part, but not 10000%
