Purolator tracking not updating on ebay despite full and normal updates on Purolator website

Is anyone else having trouble with manually entered Purolator tracking numbers not updating on ebay? It's happened 7 times now starting beginning of April, prior to that it worked fine.

What am I doing wrong? What do I do?

They all do not update beyond "Tracking number provided" except for one which strangely says on ebay:

Mon, May 6
2:05am
GUIA NO EXISTE
Wed, May 1
6:36pm
Tracking number provided

Both Purolator domestic and Purolator US Ground are broken

I've never used Purolator and haven't ever noticed that other posters mentioning that they use it so you may not get many replies.  But every once in a while ebay and Canada Post don't communicate so problems like that do happen. You should report it to customer service.

May I ask why you use Purolator?

Purolator would be a reliable choice for sellers who sell either large or very fragile items almost anywhere across Canada/and or the USA  and do business to business transactions. (CP becomes very dicey when it comes to those same fragile/large packages and processing claims.)  Those types of parcels get much better handling compared to CP even though it is owned by CP. They have no issues with multiple piece shipments and delivering them complete, additional insurance, awkward freight. With UPS that can be a nightmare. Many moons ago they were super economical. As fuel surcharges and dimensional weight kicked in, them and the UPS's/Fedex Ground/Canpar of the world not so much. When I worked in Winnipeg in the 80ies/90ies we would ship out between 75 and 100 parcels per day. Extremely economically. Many businesses still rely on them if they need  secure Quick Stop Pick-Up parcel 24/7 lockers. They can even deliver to PO boxes. UPS/Fedex cannot.

As a side at 1 point in time Purolator was not included in the dropdown of tracking options. (2014ish)
