Question about Canadian version of promoted listings on eBay.ca

I read that there will be a Canadian version of promoted listings on eBay.ca coming summer 2017. I was wondering if this has come to ebay.ca yet? Not sure if i just couldnt find it on ebay, because summer is almost over.

Not yet. Got another 4 weeks of summer left...

so signed up for promoted listings for canada.

I have 9100 items using it on the full 20%

Business policy - 30 day return, free return, and i am also TRS, 1 day handling

I noticed that getting barley any clicks.

I also tried searching for my items, and I can not find any my items showing as promoted/sponsored.

This issue is only happening on ebay.ca for my Canadian listings.

I also noticed that i barley see any other Canadian sponsored listings when looking up items
