I am a Power Seller Sell and Top Rated Seller - if I subscribe to s store, do I get a 20% deduction off the store subscripion fee? (ie 20% off premium store @ $59.95?) I get this deduction off store subscriptions on other sites that I use.

NO.

The 20% discount for TRS only applies only on FVF paid on the value of the item for listings on eBay.ca and eBay.com

There is no discount on listing fees, optional fees (such as subtitle for example), monthly fees (stores and other subscriptions with monthly fees), FVF paid on the shipping and handling charge, FVF for items listed overseas, etc...
