Hey all,
Had a buyer purchase from me this morning. Later on in the day, the buyer messaged me saying he purchased & paid by accident and does not want me to ship.
I sent a message back verifying, no response yet.
My questions is how can I refund & cancel this transaction while still getting my fees back?
Thanks.

I am pretty sure that if you cancel - you do not get your fees back. If he has aready paid you and you refund - I think you are SOL. If you both mutally agree to cancel - you don't get your fees back either.
I am not sure there is a solution to this one - you may have to phone eBay.
How do you purchase and pay by accident - sounds like buyers remorse.
Old enough to know better. Young enough to do it again. Crazy enough to try

I hope I'm not SOL. I'll call ebay in the morning.
The buyer is from Brazil, so it could be buyers remorse. Shipping charge is up there

You get your fees back by filing a mutual cancellation. If the buyer declines the cancellation then yes..you are out of luck. But I don't see why the buyer would decline.
If the buyer ignores the cancellation, you can close it after 7 days and you will then receive your fees back.
