I don't know how long it has been like this or if it is permanent but if you go to your feedback page and click on reply to feedback or follow up on feedback, you can see the dates that feedback was received and/or given.

It has been like this for awhile.

I looked forward to responding to feedback left but it has been a no go for awhile.

I did not have a need to follow up but I just tried to press FOLLOW UP to FEEDBADK LEFT on our Community page and seems that the system was ready to give me an entry - I just had to choose the item I want to leave my follow up comment...   eBay.Ca

I think that you are referring to not being able to reply? I'm aware that it hasn't been working for a while but that's not what I meant.  You can't see the date that someone left you feedback on your feedback page but you can see the date that the original feedback was left on the reply to feedback and on the follow up on feedback pages.
