Return Label US to Canada

I want to send someone in the States a return shipping label.  I've just recently started to use eBay shipping and I'm hoping they have this feature.  Do they?  If not I can use Shippo for the return label but their prices for this kind of thing are really inflated.

USPS is about $40 for a small 250 gram item.    Fedex is half that amount but I'm worried they might ding me with import fees.

I'm hoping for some advice.

You can't do it from eBay.

Shippo commonly comes up as the answer.

You might also be able to use Pirateship, they offer a couple of options for US carriers at generally good prices.

Why does ebay not have an option for this? Pretty frustrating. I had to go directly to canadapost website to get a label.

You were able to buy a US to Canada label from Canada Post? I didn't think that was possible?

oh, Excuse me. Didn't know we had to adhere 100% to the title of the thread.

My question still stands, why does ebay not have an option for a return shipping label through ebay labels. Seems like a no brainer, they would be making profit off of the return labels.
