SERVICE METRICS.. very confused??

I have zero returns, and yet it shows me as very high,  this makes no sense at all. Anyone else getting the same type of thing.. Ebay says if you are in the very high area, you can face a 4% increase in final value fees.

see it shows returns as  zero, and yet my peers and i are shown between High and Very High.??

On the ebay.com seller hub, I have 0.0% and no rating with: "You don't have any peer benchmarks."

...

Not on the ebay.ca seller hub yet, so no service metrics available.

Judging from my own data, the information is pretty much garbage at this point and inaccurate. Not quite sure how ebay managaes to mangle these roll outs so badly, these aren't difficult database lookups.

Where does it say very high...on that line graph?

i don’t have any returns or any peer benchmarks.  Plus, they are not counting all of my transactions in each category.

I have seller metric on both sites. There is a drop down arrow to change the site you want to see within seller metrics on mine.

yes it says my peers and i,  0%.  But it is inserted just above the high line.

Very strange.  Perhaps after the weekend we can direct one of the ebay reps to this thread and ask about it.
