Seller initiated payout - no reports or related items

So I performed a seller initiated payout, and I use the report generated from the payout for bookkeeping purposes.  When I went to view the payout which was successful, there was no report, no related items, nothing.  This info is always generated with the weekly automated payouts.  Will this report and info eventually appear, or do I now have to sift through all kinds of info to get what I need?  Yikes.

Can you explain why you need all the details of a Payout for bookeeping purposes. What is there in the details of individual transactions that matter beyond the total amount of the transfer to your bank?

Stickler for bookkeeping - do it weekly. Those details are nice and easy to itemize once a week from the spreadsheet.

Also the payout to the bank account is net, whereas the details would show gross, how much in taxes were collected, how much was paid in fees. (Not sure if that appears on the payout, I generally log details from the payments list to do calculations).

You can get all that information and more with a download of the Transaction Report.

It downloads as a .csv file you can load into excel. You can probably transfer that easily to whatever program you are using for bookeeping. The Data available goes back to whenever you were induced into Managed Payments.
