So I described an item totally wrong. Didn't realize how many different versions there were. Anywho, I had them open a case, they shipped it back and I've received it.
I don't have return labels and Canada Post will be cheapest anyway. So I ticked the other box (was it "Buyer will pay for return shipping"?). But I thought this meant they buyer's paying return shipping *for now*. As in, how else is it supposed to get back without a return label involved?
Ebay won't let me refund more than I was initially paid. How can I pay them the return shipping cost that they paid? And why isn't that option built-in?
What do other .ca sellers do in this situation?
Ebay and Paypal no longer include email addresses anywhere.
Do My Messages asking for an email address or response with an email address still get blocked by eBay?
While I don't know their top-secret email address, I do know their home address and could mail a cheque if it came to it...
I feel like the first person on eBay trying to right a wrong.

if you have the paypal payment notice from the purchase, you can get the email from their, if you click on reply.. or you can ask for the email address through ebay messages, as you have a transaction with them.. The only time you can't send email address through ebay messages is if you haven't completed a transaction..
