Shipping Options during Canad Post Strike

As many of us are aware, the ongoing Canada Post debacle has been causing significant disruptions in our shipping processes. In light of this, I’ve been exploring alternative shipping options to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries for my customers.

I would prefer to ship using Purolator, as there’s a great discount available through netParcel, or ChitChats, both of which offer reliable service. However, I’ve noticed that these options are not currently available on the platform. Interestingly, Canada Post is still listed as an option despite the strike, alongside UPS and FedEx.

Is there a way to integrate Purolator or ChitChats into our shipping choices on eBay? This would greatly help in maintaining our service standards during this challenging period.

neither is integrated with eBay...you have to use them directly through those avenues( their websites)>>directly through ChitChats or directly through netParcel(via PayPal).

On my other selling site I used netParcel via PayPal for Purolator for a couple of orders going to the USA (Purolator within Canada and then within the USA is transported via UPS)

You don't need to integrate into Ebay. Just open ChitChats account, connect your store, and then import items directly from Ebay - it's an easy process. ChitChats will also automatically upload the tracking number to Ebay after you purchase a shipping label .
