A little FYI for anyone shipping to Spain and a few other EU countries. Tracking "may" be available using either the local website and/or parcelapp. Tested using a recent shipment to Spain when customer advised item had be received.
According to CP it shows the following for that recent shipment.
We didn’t find an item associated with this number. Find out why.You can also edit this number.
With parcel app it shows this information when item arrives in country and gets scanned.

Additional scans as follows when item arrived in Spain.
From past testing this also works in Cyprus, Portugal and a few Scandanavian, EEU countries. Unfortunately not the UK, Germany, France and Australia. Your results may vary.

Parcelsapp tends to combine tracking that's merged across carriers to give one seamless result on tracking.
We tend to use parcelsapp when tracking stuff rather than going to the country website (like Canada Post, or trying to find the foreign language site for the place we're shipping to).
parcelsapp also tracks ebay ESE envelopes (ESUS tracking numbers) which are not trackable on USPS, however the new contract Stallion Express has with USPS means they can't accept ESE envelopes anymore, which means I've had to upgrade my shipping to UPS on cheap items to make sure I get tracking. Certain things tend to never arrive a lot more than other things do...

This is part of the new UPU policies that are coming into effect. All First Class Mail containing "goods" must be trackable (This would include Small Packets).
