i had a customer claim over 50 days since buying the item that it didn't arrive he went directly te o his visa card people and claimed it didn't arrive when clearly it did with tracking and i sent all proof to ebay -- they examided my documents and sided with me -- and did not charge me which was releaf right now thank-you ebay -- even though you do stupid things most times this time you did the right thing and iam grateful thx again
second one ordered day before the strike and sent out that day -same day as ordered -- it got lost in the mail --but he wanted money back after the dec 1st week which ebay gave to him --then after striked settled they reversed the buyback charge and i got my money back -- that was a relief-i am sure the item was delivered but he needed the money for xmas i suppose so he tried and when all was said and done ebay came forward and made good my sale -- i aprreciate again that in this case ebay stepped up and made good again
so thanks ebay for doing the right thing these two times
