Suspicious Buyers with Zero Feedback and similar looking ID's

Very curious and suspicious that me last 3 buyers have zero feedbacks and very similar ID's but from different locations.

My 3 items are not expensive but I'm worried about my more expensive items if they sell. I got paid and shipped the items but the funds won't be available for at least 2 weeks.. Can I have Ebay look into this..  any suggestions?

With summer coming soon (please God please) some may be thinking ahead.

And you are attracting new buyers, who are generally considered to be a Good Thing.

If you are concerned make sure you use Air Mail rather than slow cheaper Surface shipping.

Track the packages, which can be expensive I know, and eat the extra cost.

If the id's are a jumble of numbers and/or letters then they are probably guest id's which are ebay generated.

Yes, the ID's are a mix of numbers & letters and dashes. I wasn't aware that ebay guest's could purchase without having a legit registered account and pay thru paypal. Is there a loophole here or security issue if paying with a stolen credit card since the funds are held for 2-3 weeks?

Guest accounts have existed for years.

I have over 106,000 sales on eBay with a feedback rating of only 26,377

Do I really need to explain?

1) not everyone leaves feedback

2) multiple weekly sales to the same buyer count as one feedback rating only.

It's no different than any other transaction as far as risk goes but if you aren't familiar with guest id's I can see why you would be a bit cautious about it.

Wow you must have some incredible customers (or very good luck) as I have less transactions and more chargebacks. But then I seem to have more inr's than you as well.

It's the difference between coin collectors and stamp collectors.

We stopped doing Nuphilex in Montreal because at every darn show the organizers would come around to warn dealers about shopthieves on the floor. This was the only combined coin/stamp show we ever did.

I won't deny there is some shoptheft in philately, but it is unusual. After hundreds of stamp shows, I can't recall ever hearing such a warning, although dealers did warn each other about specific 'problem' collectors.
