TRS globally and in the US

Where do you fit if you make the TRS standard globally but don't make the cut off in the US?

Do you get the discount or not?

It takes very little to not make .05% if you do not have thousands of transactions

Yes.  As a Global TRS you are eligible to 20% rebate on all FVF generated on eBay.com and eBay.ca

I have been getting the discount for 13 months now. I thought I would not last one month, never mind 13.

I still think they are making a mistake.

My discount is equal to 1 1/2 (one and half) sales a month out of 100 or so.

It is a dollar difference, but, not a % difference. The discount can be very much illusionary.

With TRS Global, on eBay.ca,  a seller gets the 20 % discount and the TRS icon on listings.

With TRS on eBay.com  a Canadian seller gets the 20 % discount, but no TRS icon on listings.

On eBay.com one has to have TRS plus  to have the TRS icon on all listings on eBay.com.
