Did you try to go ahead and start a listing? I was under the impression that when you start one it will ask you to register for managed payments.

Is this a brand new account started for the post?

Because there must be a way or eBay would never have any new sellers.

Or are you talking about an existing account (with a bit of feedback which is always helpful to occasional sellers) ?

To late for updated seller account ?

I have the same problem after update account to MP .

Each time I try to list Item , there is mesage update account  http://ebay.ca/startpayments

When I sign in MP , they told me I'm able to start selling immediate .

Then after 48 hours , then waith 1 more day .....  It's been days EBay  still didn't  set up anything.

I stil have Pay Pay payment  when create listing , which we can't use anymore .

I  can't do anything , just wait for EBay to fix that .

I have not yet signed up for MP and have not sold anything since mid-April...

When I create a new listing there is the statement down below the description,( below Quantity, etc)with a red star where it says; "Payment options"

Payments managed by eBay- click on that and it states:
"When buyers check out, they'll select one of the payment methods offered by eBay. The funds will then be sent to your checking account. You can edit your payout settings under Payments in Seller Hub."
and if I proceeed to list the item by clicking on the blue "List item" the page returns with this info at the top of the page:
"It looks like there's a problem with this listing.Your deadline to register for eBay to manage your payments has passed. Your ability to sell has been paused, but it’s easy to get going again. Just update your account in a few simple steps at ebay.ca/startpayments. "

Your listings are showing the different Managed Payment options so you are enrolled but are you saying that eBay won't let you start a new listing or revise an existing one?  If that's the case there might be a problem with some of the info.  A couple of things to check..

Is the name on your  eBay account identical to the name on your bank account?
Is the bank account a chequing account and are the numbers entered correctly?

Is it a Canadian account or US$ account? If it is the second one, is it a Canadian based $US account?

Everything was correct .

I'm registered on ebay.ca  and use Canadian account .

II had to register again by myself , provided nformation and was able to sell immediate after that .

The ebay representatives waste my time , they didn't do anything just lying .
