I was switched to Managed Payments just around the same time I received and activated the offer, so it may just be a coincidence or it may be another case of one hand not knowing what the other is doing. This promo is just not working for me. I still see 0 / 10 used on Seller Dashboard.
I called CS on the weekend after my first sale and they had to manually credit me, which means it sits in the Managed Payments queue, then moves to the bank account after days of delay. They said they would log an issue.
Now I have had 5 more sales and these did not work either, so back to the CS I go to be reimbursed. As a Seller, it is simply unnecessary that I should have to spend extra time trying to resolve issues related around an eBay offer. 😞
