I'm located 2 hours north-east of the Missauga facility by Pearson Airport which is where our International mail goes. Regular lettermail sent to France or anywhere else in Western Europe or the U.K. has always been and still is consistently fast. I've very recently sent a couple to France for which feedback was received within a week or so.
In past years Oversize used to fare well too but with all the reports earlier this year of returned Oversize mail I stopped shipping stuff requiring that to Europe so I've no recent experience with Oversize. The recent packaging recycling regulations in Germany and elsewhere factored into that decision too, seems to me France announced something similar but I might be wrong on that.
