Trying to start an Ebay account but it's not giving me the option of linking up my bank account?

Hello, I've been following all of the instructions and when I go to try and link my bank account to my ebay account I only get this option. I've added a credit card, but it still gives me no option to add a bank acocunt.

What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys.

I think if I remember correctly that wasn't avaialble on newer accounts right away but later.

As that credit card option makes reference to going through Checkout, it looks to me as though that screen is designed with buying in mind rather than selling.

It may be that for legal or security reasons, eBay won't or can't ask for bank account information from a seller who hasn't actually sold anything.  You may have to wait until that happens.
