Trying to use File Exchange for a Product located in China to be shipped internationally?

So I am trying to use the file exchange and for the column:

Location* =

China

ShippingService-1:Option = 

CN_ExpressDeliveryOtherCities

Error I get = "Error - Shipping service 异地快递(22308) is not available.|异地快递(22308)|"

I am located in Canada, the product location is in China.

You have to use Flat Rate when shipping from from an international location.

It's on the dropdown menu.

You have the choice  of Economy/Standard/or Express Shipping from China/HongKong/Taiwan to Worldwide

or

Economy/Standard SPEEDPAK from China/HongKong/Taiwan

And be sure that Location is given on the listing as being in China, not in Canada.

This allows the buyer to consider possible import fees and also how long shipping will take.

You may also want to adjust your Handling time from the default one business day. There is a dropdown menu.

Remember that the Lunar New Year disruption will slow delivery and will take up most of February (12-26) .
