UNABLE TO EDIT TEXT WHEN LISTING

Hi - Is anyone else unable to change fonts and sizes on text today?  The advanced option on item description box has disappeared.  Another ebay glitch!!!????

Hi @forester_studios - are you still encountering this today? If so will you let me know what browser you're using and what troubleshooting steps you've taken already?

Yes it's still happening. I'm using the latest version of Firefox, which I've used for years with no problems. I'm listing items using the sell similar option. I can't see any sell page on ebay. Everything was normal two days ago. Now there is no button to edit test font or size, just the basic option which is awful!

Hi - Is anyone else unable to change fonts and sizes on text when listing an item? The advanced option button on the item description box has disappeared. Only the "Standard" option is available and you can change almost nothing with it. This started yesterday on Tuesday. I posted about this yesterday Tyler and am still waiting to hear from you about how to fix this. Another ebay glitch!!!????

 When I look at one of your draft listings I do see that there's an 'advanced' option and when I click on that link on the right (photos below) it brings up the other options.

If you're seeing something different will you let me know? Thanks!

What browser are you using? The browser may have been updated with options that eBay does not support yet. Try another browser and see if the full editing options are there.

Also did you try clearing browser cache and cookies? Perhaps you have some old eBay code stuck in your browser cache.
