Today a person bought 9 CD's from me and paid $27 in shipping. I live in BC and they are in QC. I will be refunding to the buyer the difference. I did send him an email but if I don't hear back? What would you do, see rates below.
Using Chit Chat I can send it for $12.08 ( Delivery I find a little slower than with Canada Post)
Using Canada Post expedited I can ship for $13.38 (6 business days)
Used Express Post cost $18.93 (2 business days)

Well, Christmas.
I'd be going for the ExpressPost.
But then, I'd also be using discount mint postage stamps, soooooo........

If it looks like stuff they might want for Christmas, I'd upgrade to XpressPost. Even with a smaller refund, I think they'd be happy with the result.

I just heard from the buyer and they would like it delivered this week. So Express Post it is.
Thanks everyone!

I just shipped 5 packages by XpressPost which I was surprised, they are cheaper, only a difference of 2 dollars from Expedited for Canada, of course I choose XpressPost.

Just to let you know, not only did the 9 CD's arrive last week, the buyer did not leave feedback. But the buyer bought another CD from me today, so he must have been happy. Repeat buyers are the best.

Yeah, I agreed that XpressPost is cheaper and I have shipped 21 parcels across Canada by XpressPost ($1.00 to $2.00 more than Expedited) the last 2 weeks and everyone was happy to get them much earlier in time for Christmas.
