It's imperative that information be gathered and guidance given for all the shipping to US pitfalls that are starting to accumulate in the last few weeks: from UPS billing senders for uncollected tariffs when packages are refused by their recipients, to the as-of-now unexplained rejection and return of packages sent via Canada Post to Canadian sellers. We shouldn't have to be scouring social media groups or websites of various service providers to be informed on what is the most important aspect of selling on the platform.
