What is eBay doing to support Sellers due to the CP work action?

Hello,

I cannot find any information regarding eBay supporting Sellers during the CP work action. Did I just miss it? I have not received any email from them. I removed all my listings on November 15 due to not having the time to research shipping costs with other carriers.

Two weeks on now from November 15, and I have offered the Buyers of the few items stuck at CP facilities a refund on their shipping costs. I have some questions such as:

- When will Buyers be allowed to choose INR, is it the same 30 days?

- If a Buyer logs negative feedback, will eBay side with Sellers due to circumstances beyond our control?

Thanks!

The only thing we know, at the moment, is this.

What I understand by it:

- eBay will help for Late Shipment Defect. (Is that also for INR? I'm not sure. It's not the same thing).

- If a bad feedback is left and you have uploaded a tracking, they said they will remove it. But, one important part is that you need to have a physical scan from carrier.
