Where do I go to find and add to my promoted items - don’t want to do them one by one

I have looked everywhere and can't find where to go to change and add to my promoted items. I set up a promotion last May but noticed a lot of my listings don't seem to show as promoted now so want to add some back on. Actually, I would like to maybe cancel my old promotion and start a new one but just can't find out where to do so. Help please and thank you!

Sorry to waste your time. Couldn't find answer in eBay, found it by googling! I see I can do it in my Seller Hub in bulk or by using Marketing - Advertising - Dashboard. (Just in case anyone else needs to know.)
