Where is Tracked Packet option CANADA POST PAYPAL?

Since last year, the option "TRACKED PACKET" has disappeared from Paypal. Yes I've tried to make an invoice from scratch but Paypal does not allow that anymore either.

Since "TRACKED PACKET" is a legit method to send items.. and it's a mid range priced

option , it should of course be available.

Please I'm not looking for mountains of opinions if you use it or if I should use it - I frequently sell

LP records that are over $100 to overseas customers and these require tracking and it saves both our butts from all the typical fears of shipping / scamming.  I'm looking for facts / data to why or when this will or will not be available online.   Paypal shipping went from totally friendly to the seller to now being a lock down - we can't even print and enter custom shipping labels anymore!

*NOTE - just found out -  it appears TRACKED PACKET is only available to 'certain' regions online.  It does not show up for example AUSTRIA (the country I need the option for) - but when I went to ship another item to GERMANY - (very close to Austria lol) .. there was the option for TRACKED PACKET.. so this is bizarre.

Tracked packet is only available to some countries so far. Distance etc isn't the determining factor, compatibility with the CP systems and processes is more likely the cause.

I think someone pointed out in other threads that some of the more newly added countries still aren't working in the online processes (I'm a stamps on the box kinda guy so I don't know)

Austria is on the list, so it is a CP option and it looks like it is one of the new ones not yet working in the processes...someone else will likely confirm that....

Buy the label from Shippo (ebay's choice) or direct from Canada Post's SnapShip if PayPal does not have it for the buyers country.  The discount price is the same for all three.

PayPal has not updated their list of tracked countries that Canada Post ships to for a number of years.
