Like the title said, why I can't find usps as my shipping opinion when I create a list
thanks

Likely because you're listing on eBay.ca (eBay Canada), where this discussion board is located.
The only eBay site that has USPS as a shipping option is eBay.com. Try listing there if you want USPS shipping options.

There is no USPS in Canada.

It's worth noting that some of us live within a short drive of the U-S border.

It's also worth noting that the OP is registered in the United States.

That would be Niagara Falls, Texas, then, judging by your (rather oddly titled) current listings.

For the titles with just a number, the numbers are UPC codes apparently. At least for the 2 that I checked and did a Google search on them.
To the OP, you should use a descriptive title with words. You should put the UPC code in Item Specifics as there is an Item Specific just for UPC code. Filling in the UPC may help with being indexed in Google search.

"That would be Niagara Falls, Texas,"
I suspect the seller lives in Niagara Falls NY and uses a drop-shipper located in TX (based on the stock descriptions and images).
