Flooded categories, plus low feedback = low visibility.  Advice, you have to generate attention, several ways can do this. Lower prices, run sales, discounts, add some lower value items to attract more turnover, increase your feedback, post more stuff,  source some different items to post in a less crowded category, add or  increase ebay promotion rates.

One more tip, try some with auction format, 5 or 7 day,  set at regular price or slight discount, skip the buy it now just let it end at optimum time,  Toronto time between 6pm and 10pm, try  taking a few dollars off the item price add  it to shipping if you can undercut competitor price by a few cents.  Free shipping not always best way to go, try other combinations till find what gets sales.

Half your items can easily be bought cheaper from elsewhere. You have a basketball for sale at $35.99 and the very same ball is only $21.99 from Amazon...thats going to be a problem.

Your titles are poor.

The first four words are supposed to be the ones seen by phone shoppers. Why waste them with "great deal!" or "100% authentic".

The title needs to say WHAT you are selling. And if it's clothing you need sizes in the title*.

I think you are dropshipping.

The location on your listings must be the location of the goods. If the product is not in Edmonton, do not say it is. The buyer may have to pay duty on imports, and overseas items take longer in transit than domestic.

Also you have thousands of competitors using almost identical listings. What competitive edge do you have to  offer the buyer.

And before you cut prices, some of those other resellers are getting better wholesale prices than you and have higher profit margins.

Shipping to Uganda.

This is not going to prevent sales, but look at your shipping destinations. You are shipping Free to Uganda and many other countries with broken postal systems.

Yyou do know Free Shipping means the cost of shipping is included in the price of the item. Do you know how much it will cost to ship a tee shirt to Uganda?

If you are offering Free Shipping because your supplier is shipping from overseas, re-read above  about Location.

Free Shipping to the USA is a good idea, but it does cost more than domestic shipping, so do some math before setting your prices to include an average of these costs.

100% authentic.

If you are dropshipping from China, the products are counterfeit.

Brand name products are shipped from the Chinese factory to the Western warehouse. They are not sold directly from the manufacturer to the retail customer.

Saying the item is authentic is usually a sign that it is not.

Show labels, packaging, and CoAs to prove authenticity, don't try just "cross my heart and hope to die". Most buyers are more sophisticated than that.

There could be a number of reasons...

Shipping cost - Buyers in the US are likely going to be turned off by your $25 shipping on most items.  Are you really using UPS for within Canada and the US and you have compared those prices to Canada Post?

Titles - Searches are based by what you have in your title. You should give as much info as you can in the title and most people say that the first 4 words are the most important.  Buyer are not going to search using 'great deal' or '100% authentic".

For example: your listing for...

100% Authentic Bape T-Shirt - Mens Medium - Used Great Condition

-According to other listings that image on the shirt is a Bathing Ape (some also use Shark?) ....I have no idea if that is what it is called but if it is..you need to put that in your title as people may be searching specifically for that.

-Item Specifics - Under brand name you list M & M for that tshirt...isn't the brand Bape?

Instead of Multicolor I would put Black as that is the main color.  It is more likely that someone would search with black rather than multi

The more you list the more you sell.
