I sold an item, the buyer paid, and received the item 10 days ago. The buy left positive feedback (very satisfied with the item). but the usual "Your funds will be available on: xxxxxxx'" does not appear under this "sold item".
It looks like ebay does not know when the fund will be available, and thus cannot tell the seller when.
I sold many items before, and every time the "Your funds will be available on: xxxxxxx'" appears under the "sold item".
But this time, it is not there. Quite strong. Any seller has similar experience? Anyone knows why?
Thanks.

Have you checked your Paypal Account? Maybe your probationary period of 21-day Holds is over.

As a new or occasional seller, Paypal is Holding your customers' payments for 21 days as a Buyer Protection against your good customer service.
It's not personal, it happens to everyone.
