Wondering what other sellers think of the new Make an Offer program?

I really don't care for the new eBay Make an Offer Program. Had a buyer make an offer on a $14.99 - offered $9.99 & I accepted. They never got back to me within the allowed time period. Then the same buyer made another offer today of $9.00?

I liked the old days where if someone offered and you accepted that was it (of course there was always the non-paying people) but this way they can just keep making offers to see how low you will go. Anyone else experiencing this type of thing?

I honestly don't understand why eBay needs to make that kind of change that is causing more headaches than ever??  eBay, please don't tweat or change anything that is NOT broken.

Simple really, a lot of sellers complained about Non-Payment on Best Offer transactions which effectively took their items off the market for a week or more.

Personally I think Best Offer should be limited to items of some reasonable minimum value, using Best Offer on cheap items makes no sense whatsoever (to me).
