I must be getting blind since I do not see the STAMPS category featured!

Yet, STAMPS is the second highest category by number of listings offering "Free Shipping (FS2004)".

It is not too ate to correct the mistake. Please do it today.

In an earlier message, it was said the seller can offer to ship item ( gift ) directly tot he recipient. Although I agree this is nice, is it not against Paypal seller guidelines - should ship item to account address only
