Worldwide Shipping

I notice that when sellers ship Worldwide, there is still a list of exclusions

Shipping to: Worldwide
Excludes: India, Brazil, Israel, Philippines, Ukraine, Indonesia, Jamaica, Qatar, Singapore, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Chile, Cameroon, Colombia, Morocco, South Africa, Malaysia, Egypt, Latvia, Kuwait, Macedonia, Costa Rica

The same country exclusions show up on so many sellers' listings.
How can a seller get rid of this list of exclusions.

Re: Worldwide Shipping

Even if a seller is willing to ship worldwide, she can still exclude specific countries.

I exclude Russia, India, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. Three for difficult postal systems, one for a murderous regime.

In addition, at this time, many countries are not accepting shipments from abroad. This will change when the pandemic settles down.

As a Seller, this is probably what you are seeing. If you tried to ship to those countries, your product would not be delivered.

But you as a buyer cannot get rid of them. If you are in an excluded country you may be able to find a freight forwarder who ships to your country. Be aware that using a freight forwarder ends most of your rights under the Money Back Guarantee.

Or use sellers who have signed up for the Global Shipping Program.

If you are still being defaulted into the horrible Simplified Sell Your Item form, switch to the business/advanced form. There is a link in the top right hand corner of the overSimplified.

The Advanced form is easier and gives you more options.

Re: Worldwide Shipping

eBay added those based on info at Canada Post although I don't know if they have been updating it.   I don't think they can be taken off of our listings.

Re: Worldwide Shipping

The list is also woefully short of the actual list of unshippable countries and it has some theoretically shippable countries on it, it is I guess better than nothing tho...

Re: Worldwide Shipping

Not a Seller choice, will disappear when eBay gets around to it.
