Would someone please tell me where to find how to refund a buyer? Buyer purchased several items without asking for combined shipping.

Go to the order details and select "send refund" from the list.

I go to order details and there is no refund showing.

Click the drop down on the left, depending on where in the page the order is you may have to scroll down the list as "refund" is near the bottom.

This is NOT the Order details, you can't refund from there.

I refund from the drop down on order details all the time.

You are right! I stand corrected, I rarely look at the Order Details page, just use the Orders Pane of the Seller Hub Overview.
