I've been checking multiple times a day for weeks waiting until they opened up these countries:
Russia,
Cyprus
Malaysia
UAE
FINALLY today they're all ok (for the kinds of stuff I'm sending!)
Monday there will be I think 10 items going out to them!!!
Here's the updated list link.....

Are those orders you've been holding due to service interuption? I see ebay is still blocking 16 countries, Malayasia is on their list.
I'm amazed there is such a demand for boxes of stamps on paper ... what do people do with so many stamps? I know very little about your world.

Yes anyone from non-ship countries I gave the choice, I recommended that they cancel but ZERO decided to cancel.
I am confused though because a guy from Ukraine was able to purchase an item a week or so ago and I see Ukraine is on the "ebay block" list.
I hope he is able to pay, I told him to wait to pay until the postal restrictions were lifted.
Actually I do not sell many stamps on paper, they are too heavy.
Like all collectible fields, there is a LOT to know, and I am more a generalist than a specialist, despite being in my 42nd year of selling.....

The current ebay blocked list is:
Brazil, Cameroon, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kuwait, Macedonia, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Ukraine
Green - the usual Canada Post services are available
Orange - partial Canada Post service
The other countries on the ebay blocked list still have no Canada Post service.

It's very soothing to sort through a box of stamps, dividing them by the colour of the paper they stick to, soaking them off paper in tepid tap water, drying them under paper towels, pressing them in your cute plastic stamp press, sorting them by country or topic, watching for varieties, putting them in stockbooks, deciding to make an exhibit for the next club meeting, mounting them on pages, researching the story your exhibit will tell, winning a gold ribbon....
All without having to talk to anyone, or work the way someone else wants you to, or use the products that are "the only right way".
It's a hobby.
You can do what you dang well like.
A normie version of stimming. Even more so for those who are not neurotypical.
