Has any one had cancelled transaction defects removed as a result of Ebay moving sold items into unsold which according to others has been an issue for a while. Then relisting and selling again. Or will you just get it is your responsibility to check what you are listing, even though Ebay did the error.
I have 2 of them and apparently they will carry over into the new system.
Also, is there any way to bring back the future defect screen that shows up when you open the dashboard. I marked do not show again, but I want to confirm that those 2 defects will carry over to next year

At the top of the current dashboard, you should have a box that says you have a notification. If you open that, you can click on global and it might open the new dashboard. It does open it for me but I haven't marked that I don't want to see it again so it might not work for you.

That fixed the dashboard issue, thank you.
Now the defect issue as both will carry over into next year's new punishment and to keep TRS, you are only allowed to have .5% cancelled orders.

According to Raphael, there will be a minimum number of late shipments required before it affects us. So even if 3 late shipments puts us over the percentage, we may be allowed to have 6 late ones before the percentage matters. It would be nice if they would announce that though. It's odd that we haven't heard anything about it.
Sorry, you were referring to cancellations, not late shipments....I hope that they will having a minimum for those too.

To carry this forward, cancelled due to Ebay moving a sold item into unsold and then being listed again and sold a 2nd time.
I f you cancel, you get you FVF's refunded but get a strike. It does not take too many to get over .5% and lose TRS and the 20% discount on FVF's
If you do nothing, wait for buyer to file an INR, refund immediately, you do not get a defect but lose your FVF's.
How does Ebay assume this is great customer service. It supports all the non shippers over price or whatever and punishes the honest sellers that Ebay shafted in the first place
