I sold an item to a Korean buyer early January and buyer paid for the item shortly after. However, it seems like eBay is constantly trying to send this money to my bank account yet all transactions have failed. My bank account in Bank of Montreal (One major Canadian Bank) is active and have absolutely no problem. Is there any way I can inquire eBay where did the money go? I still don't see them in my account yet.

Do you also have a credit card attached to your Paypal/ Managed Payments account? Have you checked your balance there?

The screenshot you posted seems to be from Messages. What is showing on your Payments tab in the Seller Hub? If there is a problem that is most likely where it will show up.
